We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

By placing an order, you confirm:

• Your payment details are valid

• You're buying for personal use

• Prices may change and availability may vary

We may cancel or limit quantities for reasons like fraud, tech issues, or shipping concerns.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site is the property of Metalbird Canada—text, designs, images, and all the birds. Don’t copy, reuse, or share without our written permission.

5. User Conduct

Don’t use our site for anything dodgy:

• No hacking, impersonating, or scraping

• No uploading malware or false info

• No violating laws or misusing content

We’ll block access if needed.

6. Product Guarantee

Our birds are crafted from premium Corten steel, made to weather beautifully over time. If your bird has a defect in material or workmanship, contact info@metalbird.ca — we’ll sort it out.

This doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme weather.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep everything humming along, but:

• The site and products are provided "as is"

• We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages

If something goes wrong, our liability won’t exceed the value of your purchase.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Canadian federal law and the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Montreal.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you agree to the latest version.
