SHIPPING – HOW WE GET YOUR BIRD TO YOU
We ship all orders with UPS, straight from our warehouse in Montréal, Quebec.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible — usually within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your province.
Remote or out-of-zone areas may take longer — but we’ll get it there.
You’ll get a tracking email once your bird flies the coop.
Shipping Costs
Shipping in Canada varies by region. Here’s how it works:

Rates start from $12.99 CAD for regular UPS zones

Higher charges apply for out-of-zone and remote areas — sometimes as high as $100+

Shipping costs are shown at checkout once your address is entered

We subsidise shipping and don’t make a cent off it — promise
Free Shipping
Orders over $180 CAD qualify for free shipping within regular UPS zones.
This doesn’t include remote/out-of-zone areas due to additional carrier charges.
International Orders
We don’t ship internationally from Canada.

Send the item back within 21 days of purchase

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and ready to perch in a new home

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your bird arrives damaged – or vanishes in the wild – contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery. We’ll look into it and send a replacement if needed.
Changing Your Order
Need to cancel or fix an address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes once your bird is packed and flying.
