Your Metalbird comes ready to install – all you need is a hammer.

STEP ONE

Choose a tree or post. Metalbirds look best positioned with just the open sky behind, so your bird is silhouetted. The less leafy the area the better.

STEP TWO

Firmly hold your Metalbird at your chosen height, tip pointing into the wood.

STEP THREE

Use a hammer to bury the tip about 4 cm into the wood, leaving the bird sitting out.
If you’re finding it difficult to hammer in your Metalbird, you’re probably dealing with a harder wood – pre-drill a hole before hammering in.
